La Gloria Cubana Criollo De Oro is a limited edition release featuring the exclusive Criollo de Oro wrapper grown in the microclimate of Mao, Dominican Republic. There, the sungrown leaf develops abundant natural oils in the picturesque Cibao Valley which contribute to its robust characteristics. In order to achieve a balanced, medium-bodied profile, an array of carefully crafted tobaccos are used; a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a special blend of Nicaraguan & Honduran filler. This combination creates an interesting smoke that truly highlights the nuances of the wrapper; with tones of tobacco sweetness, earth, cedar and citrus as well as a slightly spicy aroma.
